1. The service
Migr8 provides software tools that help businesses research product classifications, organise shipment information, prepare commercial-invoice documents and review selected UK and EU regulatory developments. Features may be updated as the service develops.
2. Business use
The service is intended for lawful business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into Migr8, for protecting access to your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.
3. No customs or legal advice
Migr8 is a research and preparation tool. It does not replace official tariff guidance, customs authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders or professional legal, tax or customs advice. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before they are used for an official purpose.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is provided through the plan selected at checkout. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing intervals and the features included in each plan are shown before checkout. Any cancellation or billing controls made available by the payment provider remain subject to the terms displayed in that billing flow.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Migr8 available and useful, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. External data feeds, government sources, payment services, authentication providers and network services may occasionally be unavailable or change without notice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, reverse engineer protected parts of the service or use Migr8 in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
7. Responsibility for trade decisions
You remain responsible for commodity classifications, valuations, origin statements, licences, declarations, shipment documents and other information used in your trade activity. Decisions by customs authorities, carriers and other third parties are outside Migr8’s control.
